Mike has been a devoted member of the Downers Grove community since 1998 and has loved watching this village grow and evolve over the years. As a proud father of two daughters who thrived in District 99, Mike understands the importance of a quality education and relishes the opportunity to advocate for the future of all students. He is committed to making a positive impact on local education.

Mike is a dedicated CPA specializing in forensic accounting within the insurance industry for over 25 years. Within this role, his attention to detail and analytical prowess drive meaningful results. He will bring that same passion and skill set to any challenges that face the district and contribute sound decision-making that prioritizes inclusivity and objectivity.

Driven to promote excellence in public education and support opportunities for all children, Mike believes that every student deserves access to the tools they need to learn and flourish. His vision is that the educational prospect for students be tailored to best assist them personally in discovering and honing their passion and place.
